Delivery & Shipping Policy

Overview

We deliver to all areas within Egypt. Our standard shipping method is ground service.

Delivery Times

• Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days.
• Delta & Canal Governorates: 3-5 business days.
• Upper Egypt: 4-7 business days.

* Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Free shipping is available for orders over EGP 2000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
